This is Create Medtech’s approach when taking on new ideas from innovators, medical needs – and maybe from you? We rely on a fast-paced prototyping model where we:

Ideate, what is possible to prototype and test an idea/product
Design, what needs to be built, and how to test it
Create, the designed prototype and test it according to the plan

This approach allows for rapid prototyping, fast collection of new knowledge, and quite simply, for us to improve and develop medtech ideas into medical devices in an efficient and fact-based way.

Physical Prototyping

With physical prototyping, we turn your ideas into something tangible. We build models that either look like or work like the intended medical device. This allows you to evaluate form, function, and user experience early in the process – enabling more confident steps toward the final product.

Examples of physical prototypes:

Looks Like – A model that resembles the final product but lacks full functionality.
Works Like – A model that functions like the medical device but differs in appearance.
Presentation Model – A visually refined model for pitches, events, and showcases.
Test Model – A model for testing specific parameters such as durability, performance, or wear.

Digital Prototyping

Digital prototyping gives you the opportunity to test and refine your Medtech product before building a physical prototype. Using CAD 3D models, technical drawings, and simulations, we can effectively identify weaknesses, validate functionality, and provide a solid foundation for both FEM/FEA analysis and manufacturer dialogue.

Examples of digital prototypes:

Simulation Model – Used to identify mechanical weaknesses and optimize design for improved performance and reduced production costs.
Technical Digital Model – CAD/STEP/IGES-files for quoting and production preparation.
Virtual Prototype – Digital 3D visualizations that make it easy to share ideas with investors or collaborators.
